With a combination of practices we can help make the pain more manageable in our day to day lives.
There are many different types of pain and we explore how some of that pain effects the body as well as what we have learned about managing it. Pain can come from many sources. There are some ways in which we can influence our bodies to help combat the lasting effects pain has on our physical and mental well being.
